The trailer has a great layout and can sleep a lot of people! We would definitely rent from Elwin again!

Thank you for trusting us with your very new RV! It is our first time driven a such big RV. We had a good time.However, when we picked up the RV, Elwin’s husband met us and gave us a very brief introduction of the RV. Due to his limited English, we did not understand everything he explained to us. On the first night, the battery was dead! I was on the phone with Elwin, texting back and forth about the problem for more than 20 times! She did call the help center but they were not helpful. Long story short, it fixed by itself. I think the owner should spend a bit more time to explain how to use this RV for people have never had any experience with RV in order to prevent disasters on the road.

The trailer is a brand new unit, what else can I say. Lots of space inside. Elwin has been very accommodating. We had a great time!

Great RV, brand new model! Great for 4-6 people to have a bit of space. Owner very friendly & helpful. Cleanliness has room for improvement but since it’s brand new, it was still ok. Make sure owner provides a full run through of all options, functions and mechanics - ensure gas tanks are filled. Overall experience was really good! Thank you Elwin!
