The owner was extremely easy to work with and very accomodating...from arranging pick-up, to throughness of the pre-trip walk-thru, to arranging return and completing the post rental walk-thru. Trailer was well stocked with items we needed during our trip and everything in the trailer worked flawlessly. Would (and plan on) renting this trailer again.
