Andrey had the trailer fully prepared with all systems ready to go. He was particularly helpful with suggestions to me (a first-time trailer camper) about how to prepare the hitch and brake controller on my new tow vehicle. We even coupled the trailer to my vehicle a month before the actual rental so that we could take a test drive and adjust for any incompatibilities before our trip.

Andrey was helpful with communication and answering questions. He also provided a hitch with anti-sway feature and adjustable height ball. The Casita was very clean.
