Kelly and Seth were very nice and flexible with the pick up and drop off timing. They responded promptly and made setting up the reservation a breeze. They had the trailer cleaned, readied, and pulled out front of their home ready to drop onto the hitch facing towards an easy departure route. Seth walked me though everything we needed to know about the trailer, and made sure all the paperwork was filled out for us. They even sent me a good dump station basics video to help make my first trailer dumping a breeze. Everything functioned mechanically, and the unit is in great shape. So easy, I would rent again.
