The entire experience was very professional and the communication with us was a big stress relief. The quality of the RV was exactly what we expected it to be and made our short vacation very enjoyable. I'm glad we've discovered Outdoorsy and plan on another RV rental in the near future.

It was a wonderful experencie. before the trip, Lacey gave a one hour training, although I am a newbie to RV, it was easy to learn with her instruction! She wes so reponsive to everything. I would definitely recommend her to my friends who are interested in renting RV.

Clean RV and she took time to school us on everything when we picked it up. We are first time RV’s renters and the instructional booklet provided by Lacy was a great quick overview Guide to help with our most asked questions. Thanks for that! Plenty of space for hubby and I to play monopoly, cards and watch a movie. Would definitely recommend Lacy Unit for rental!

Lacey and Justin were super helpful and supportive throughout the entire trip. Their RV was super clean and tidy. My friend's comment after seeing a video of the RV sums it up: It felt like a luxury cruise ship cabin. All of these factors made our very first RV trip an amazing experience! Will definitely consider renting again if we're in the Oregon area!

Renting this Winnebago was one of the funnest things we have done as a family! Lots of space and comfortable for a family of 4. Lacey was so sweet and helpful!

Best way to travel! Lacey's RV is perfect for a quick trip or a long getaway. It is super clean, comfortable and drives perfectly! We couldn't have enjoyed our weekend trip more, and Lacey was helpful and patient with us as we learned how the RV works. We will definitely be renting this luxury Winnebago again!
