About Mitch & Brittany's RV rentals
Hello! We are Mitch and Brittany Hauff and we're excited to share our RV with you so that you can create memories like we have with our two children! We both have grown up in Colorado and look forward to spending time outdoors as a family. As we found it was getting harder to enjoy camping with kids, we jumped on the idea of buying an RV! Our family absolutely loves to spend time in the beautiful Rockies using the Thor Chateau to keep us comfortable as we camp and explore! We hope you'll love it as much as we do! The Chateau was nice and other than a loose water plug, well maintained. Brittany was very helpful and clearly explained the operation of the RV.

If you are going to rent from them expect an extra 25-30% on top of whatever the original quote is.
Brittany was nice, helpful, and organized. She showed us how to use the RV and everything we needed to know to have a good trip.
The experience was fun and the RV was clean and nice.
The trip went from 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon to 11:00 am on Friday and the expense was over $2100 for the RV alone. We knew it would be at least $1600, but having to pay an additional $0.55 for every mile over 100/day and have to wash the RV (which took over an hour + $40) and fill up the fuel tank which was $83 + $ 50 extra due to Brittany saying it wasn’t full upon return. (The fuel gauge showed over full after getting gas at a station 3 miles from their house.) All this, plus $50 for a scratched cabinet that we didn’t even open. It seems like a lot to nickel and dime people who took extra good care of their RV.

Brittany was amazing to communicate with and all things that were promised on the website were accurate. We had no mechanical issues and the cleanliness and amenities provided were excellent. Would definitely rent from them again!
