We're a family of 5 and enjoy the experience that traveling together has brought us, and having a luxurious RV to do it makes it so much more enjoyable. We fit very comfortably along with room for more. Hope you enjoy the countless memories RV-ing will bring to your family vacations as it has to ours!

This was definitely not the experience we as a family expected and can honestly say we would never rent an RV again through outdoorsy.
On September 29th the day we would pick up our RV I received a text message at 5:11am with a message that I needed to call Frank ASAP as something had come up. Still half asleep and now stressed I made the call. Frank answered and told me he had been called into work and I would need to pick the RV up in the morning at his place if employment.
I said oh ok I’ll have to rearrange some things as I had my day planned around picking it up at 3:00 and his response very harshly said “just forget it we’ll just cancel it and I won’t charge a cancellation fee”....I then getting my bearings said wait a minute sir I’m just trying to figure out my morning to which he again said “it sounds like it’s too much trouble so just forget it” I started to feel very scared and said no I will be there. We then had several text messages back and forth that I I have kept with his address and he said it’d be best to be here by 9:00am. We arrived on time and were told he wasn’t able to come out at that time so please be patient!
He finally sent a coworker to show us how the Motorhome worked and then he himself was able to meet us instead. He spent about 10-15 minutes running us through how to use the entire thing and then said I’m sorry I usually spend an hour to go over the way everything works so call me with any questions. We drove away and were able to take our vacation. We called him twice with questions and enjoyed our actual trip.
The morning we were to return the RV I texted and asked what time we needed to meet him and he said “11:00am. I was a little confused as I thought it would be 3:00 which was the original pickup time. I received a text saying “ no it’s like a hotel as stated in our contract and if we were after 11:00 and by 3:00pm it would be a $75 late fee and then added that he had accommodated us on our “early” pick up and didn’t charge us”. What??? He threatened to cancel our trip which to us was important and we had already paid over $2000.00 and a $750 deposit this trip was based around a child’s birthday and if we didn’t come that morning he would be canceling all of our plans. He himself told us that when he told his wife he was just going to cancel she told him “ that is Fu.....d up these people have their vacation planned. We didn’t ask for an early pickup.!!! We were accommodating him.
We cleaned the RV and took videos and returned it to his son at 12:30 on October 8th.
We then received and email from Outdoorsy that Frank had made a claim
accusing us of destroying many things in his RV. This is not true and we have videos. We treated his RV with the utmost respect. As we were given such a quick trip through his RV upon receiving it we don’t know what might have been already harmed. The one thing we have in video from the walk through is Frank realizing his last customer had left a compartment door open apparently and the paint had been scraped off.
We live respectable lives and take care of our property and that of others very well.
I’m saddened at this whole experience and hope that no one else will have to have this experience with Frank.

Frank was great and we enjoyed a month on the road. Pick up and drop off were easy.

Frank and Marisol were amazing from pick up to drop off. They were also available when I had a question. Having a trailer for years, my family of 5 wanted to try out an RV for our trip to Colorado. I had looked on outdoorsy and actually looked at some in person. Some were not in great shape. We found Frank had availability after we changed our dates around. This rv is absolutely immaculate and seriously looks brand new inside and out. Had an amazing trip and would definitely pick this rv for any future trips. Highly recommended. Awesome RV! It’s very big and has it all! Frank was very easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable with teaching me how to setup the RV and walking me through the process. We made some great memories in Yosemite and would highly recommend renting from Frank.

It was a pleasure renting Frank’s RV. He was very responsive in a timely matter when you reached out to him for questions or concerns about the RV. The RV was very clean inside and out, well-kept and in great shape. The kitchen was supplied with the items needed to prepare nice , the queen bed was very comfortable as well as the couch. The bathroom and shower was quite roomy. Frank was courteous, informative, patient, and professional during training.

We had the best time on our first RV trip and a lot of it had to do with this RV. There is so much room and storage - we felt very comfortable the whole time, even with two small kids. Frank was wonderful to rent from and really helped us feel confident in this new experience. We would definitely rent from him again!

Frank was so professional to work with, knowledgeable and very friendly. We loved his RV, it has all the latest options, very easy to operate. Especially since it was the first time renting an RV. Would highly recommend this owner. Hope to rent from Frank again.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation with the RV. Super comfortable. Plenty of room. Easy to use even for us who are new to the RV world. Frank did a great job explaining how to work everything. Everything was clean and in great working order. Thanks so much!
