I was not so pleased with our trailer rental. Everything on there was un organized and a bunch of junk in the drawers. We had to take some things out the cabinets and reorganize everything. It was so hot in the trailer the power kept going off and the air conditioning was shut down durning our stay. We had to pop all our windows open to get air. The host was very responsive but couldn’t really help up with the air situation. Our cord that plugs into the outlet at the camp site got rusted up and burnt up and we were so scared to plug it back up. The fridge was not cold at all so some of our stuff got spoiled. Than during check out she kept blaming us about marks on the couches that look like old ware and tare. Which was way out of our control. If you do rent from them. Make sure you take a full on video of everything so you don’t get blamed for things. Keep in mind it does get really hot in that trailer and the bathroom sticks very bad after a couple of hours using it. I’m a person that never complains about nothing or would never post nothing negative but I wouldn’t want no one to experience what me and my family had to experience.

Lauren was great to work with and amenable to our timing. Everything was in working mechanical order.

Trailer is great; it perfectly fits the description and the pictures. My only complaint is that it was dirty on the outside and had a lot of animal hairs inside. They need to do a better job cleaning the trailer. Other than that it was a good experience.
