About Mandy & Kevin's RV rentals
Hello we are a family of seven, two kids already out of the house. Our RV just sits in our driveway during the summer, we use it the majority of the winter for snow activities. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Kevin was great to work with and gave a thorough briefing on the operation of the RV. The RV operated flawlessly, although we had a minor problem with a bathroom leak, but worked around it. Nice stable RV that was easy to drive even in the mountains, There was just about anything you could need in the RV. The only issue I see with the RV is that we couldn't hook up to bluetooth so you may want to bring a small speaker to connect to. Would gladly work with Kevin and Mandy again

Overall our experience was very postive. Communications with owners was excellent. Kevin picked us up at the Anchorage airport as scheduled. He gave us a good shake-down on all the features and operation of the unit. We had requested two sets of keys and they were provided. Kevin pointed out any existing issues ie dents/scratches and explained that it was not a new RV and that wear and tear were to be expected on a 7 year old unit. We found no issues with the condition of the interior of the unit. Appliances worked, pots/pans/dishwear all adequate. Nice that there was cleaning supplies, first aid kits, tools to do minor repairs if necessary, folding outdoor chairs, extra small propane cylinders, charcoal as well as a new charcoal grill and coolers. We did not use the TV's nor the upper bunk so cant comment on that.
The only issue and an important one I think is that the hose to drain the waste tanks(black and gray water) was too short and the end of the hose had no fitting to allow easy connection when draining. I think this hose should be replaced with a new and longer hose to make dumping the waste tanks an easier task.
All in all the experience was a good one and we would use this RV on a return trip to Alaska. There were only two of us on the trip so there was plenty of space. We rented the unit for 15 days and only put 650 miles total. Averaged 7-8 MPG. I think the unit could provide a comfortable experience for up to 4 adults altho I think it is rated for 6. Thanks to Kevin and Mandy for helping to make our Alaska trip a success.

Kevin’s RV was perfect for our trip to the Kenai river. Kevin was very accommodating and was very thorough with the walk around to make sure we knew how to use all the amenities. Our next trip back to Alaska we will defiantly use Kevin and Mandy again. Thanks!

There were basically no linens and the ones that were there were dirty with bloody mucus that should have had to be handled as hazmat. We had to buy a blanket and linens the mattress was filthy. We had to purchase outdoorsy insurance which our insurance would have covered the windshield for nothing and the owner took our deposit and our insurance company said since we purchased outdoorsy insurance we had to go through Outdoorsy insurance company there is a $1500 deductable. The backup camera didn't work which was a Hazzard the batteries weren't charging right. Numerous dings in the motor home which money was taken but motorhome wasn't repaired. No privacy curtains fridge froze everything. Passenger side has loud clicking noise, didn't drive very well wandered a lot. We have rented from outdoorsy before with no problems but this was over all a bad very expensive vacation. If the guy had not taken our deposit we would have just overlooked everything and went on and not rented from him again. By the way we have pictures of everything if you are interested. I’m sorry that you are super unhappy, I personally washed the Linens. We also had extra of everything in the closet and drawers. My husband has paperwork you signed with full discloser of what happens if you crack the windshield, it was brand new. The motorhome is a 2014 and has had lots of renters, we will have dings, it won’t be new. You told us you had no problems tell, this happened. We didn’t have you pay the delivery fee for taking you to and from the airport which everyone does. We had no idea about the brake light, would have fixed it ASAP. It was a burnt out bulb already fixed. We can’t help if that happens. As for batteries and freezer, we have had no problems with. We will definitely look at it before sending it out. My husband informed you of the back up camera right away. The privacy sheet is actually in the drawer close to the front. Like I said super sorry you are unhappy, we can’t be out of pocket for something we didn’t break. If you want new, probably rent a 2021, for double the price if you can find it. Like I said it’s a 2014 and we’ve had lots of rents and like the windshield things happened.

We had a very nice trip to see the fall colors to Chena Hot Springs and down to Valdez and back. The RV worked well on the trip with the exception that we had some trouble with the furnace. Mandy and Kevin refunded some of our money for this inconvenience, which was very nice. They are a pleasure to do business with. Very good and liberal rental terms. We especially liked the ability to bring our little dog with us on the trip.

Thank you very Mandy&Kevin for making our trip priceless. Your RV is great for our group size and the gas mileage wasn't too bad. RV is great working order and smooth. Also thank you very much for being flexible of our travel time frame too (picking up and dropping off). We will recommend others to this guys RV.

Mandy and Kevin delivered a great RV. It made our Family vacation. The RV was so comfortable for our Family of 5. Everything worked great. Mandy and Kevin were so easy to work with. Would recommend for anyone looking for a little more room.

We had an incredible trip! The Easley’s RV was clean, had everything we needed and comfortable. The generous mileage made it so we could cover a lot while on our trip. This was by far the nicest RV we rented for the price! We will DEF be using Kevin’s RV again for our future trips! Thanks again!

Our first time renting/driving an RV and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. Kevin was great to walk us through all switches, hookups and answering our questions. We are a family of 5 with 3 Teens and we had plenty of living space. No problems, ran as smooth as Alaska highways would allow. The perfect size for easy maneuvering and ease into camp spaces. Highly recommend and seriously considering another trip soon. No hesitation. It's easy with the Easleys.
