Chase was great! Steve was great! Normally we might have had a few minor comments but we understand that Chase jumped through hoops to ensure we could use Steve after damage from previous renter and the alternative was that we would have had to cancel our trip. We were first time Rv'rs. We packed in a lot in 2 weeks and totally enjoyed it! Nothing but high marks from our experience!

Good experience overall for a family road trip in the National Parks. All worked fine and Chase was accommodating in the pickup and return, which helped us very much.

Our family had lots of fun and we could tell that Chase is excited for families to have a great time! But, there were quite a few problems but it seemed like Chase is very ready to fix all the problems that we had so that the next renters will have a much better time. So hopefully he’ll have the motorhome ready to go the next time he rents it.

My husband and I were looking for a RV for Labor Day weekend. I reached out to Chase and he was quick to reply back. He was very accommodating and worked with us in getting the RV on short notice. The RV was perfect for our family. When we met Chase to get the RV it was clean and spacious. He walked us through and showed us all the features. The beds were soft, comfortable and the rental had everything we needed to cook with. We will definitely rent from Chase again.

Great RV!! We went camping in Moab and it had everything we needed. Great cooking utensils, pots & pans, cleaning supplies.. etc. We even fit 4 couples comfortably in the main area to watch a movie after a long hike. Everything worked great!
