About Jenelle's RV rentals
We love to go camping but don't like packing/unpacking all the gear. We are hoping by having a fully loaded RV, we will get out and about and explore more often. We have two kids and a Mini Golden Retriever. After getting a dog and trying a few not so nice "dog friendly" hotels, we thought it would be way more comfortable to travel in our own RV.

We spent 6 days on a trip to Lassen National Park and Crater Lake. This RV was great and had everything we needed. We were able to sleep two adults and two children comfortably which is not the norm for most class B vehicles which only sleep two. Amy and Jenelle were an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for entrusting us with your wonderful RV!

We had the pleasure of traveling almost 3200 miles in the Roadtrek and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was clean, well-maintained and had everything you would need for a wonderful experience. For an old car, it drives pretty well and has been updated with modern conveniences, such as a back-up camera. Easy to park. Overall rating would be 5 stars but the bed is small if you are over 6 feet. The owners were wonderful to deal with and we appreciated their conscientiousness.

We desperately needed to get away, safely. Rented this neat little RV campervan from Jenelle and Amy and it was awesome! Excellent instructions from Amy for us novice RVers. It took us a day or two to get used to the RV life (closing windows and latches before driving, checking levels, cooking in a small space). But the freedom of being able to get outside and far away, and not worry about hotels, or getting meals was so worth it.

If we could give six stars we would! The whole experience from the pre-pickup communications, to the hand off, to the return was great. The Roadtrek provided exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle for our trip up the coast.
The van itself drives great. I was really surprised by the handling. The van is heavy so you have to give lots of room in front of you and take it easy on the turns. But the way the van drives helps with all that. The large fuel tank let's you go for quite a while between fill ups which is also really nice. The owners made custom blackout shades for the windows. So if you like to sleep in they have you covered.
We had five people on our trip which was a bit tight in terms of packing but there was plenty of room inside the van for our long drives. There is a good amount of space under the bench/bed for stowing gear and small cabinets above the bench which are perfect for clothes and toiletries. There are also additional cabinets with dishes and cooking gear the owners provide. It took us a couple days of trying different arrangements but we got really good at making the most of the space. On the last few days we had more room just by rearranging.
The refrigerator and stove were sooo nice to have. The frige was nice to have for milk, eggs, etc. we really didn't trust to keep in a cooler. There is lots of room in the front four seats and the two additional seat belts in the back let people sit in different places.
The extras you can get from them are also great. We added the bike rack and outdoor shower.

Overall, a great experience, with Jenelle.
She did warn me that they were new to Outdoorsy and there were several items they were going to fix or upgrade.
