One of the worst experiences of my life. The Motor Coach engine caught fire which should have been avoided because of a recall effort from Sept. 2020. Further, the towing service did not offer any help. Plus, Outdoorsy has not made any effort to reconcile any costs, after I reported the event as we arrived at the camp site on Friday, April 16th. Per the owner's request, the Motor Coach was left along the road by the camp site.

This was our first time renting an RV and Lowell made the process seamless. His step by step instructions gave us the confidence to operate the vehicle without a problem. We had the best time and can’t wait to rent again!

Lowell was a superior host on explaining on how to handle and manage all there is to a camper. My family had a great time going to the Grand Canyon and would highly recommend this vehicle and Lowell for newbies as we are/were. Thank you again for the excellent service and great vehicle.

Lowell was BEYOND helpful and took the time to help, explain anything and everything for us!! We tried to rent this a couple months ago and things didn’t work out due to outdoorsy payment side and we were so bummed, but Lowell and Nancy both were extremely kind and did everything they could to make it happen, which included being on the phone for hours trying to get it all figured out for us, and driving a couple hours in the rain to try to deliver it to us to go.
Since we weren’t able to go the first time, we wanted to try again and we had a blast! It’s a small, easy to drive, just enough room to have a great time!
If 10 stars were an options, we would give Lowell 10 stars! Rent it and have a blast!

Dear Miss J, I've meaning to reach out to you to tell you thank you for such an awesome and generous review. It means a lot to Nancy and I that you, Kyle, and your awesome children Ryder and Paislee enjoyed your 1st RV experience. I have also been meaning to tell you that as a parent of now three grown adult children I am able to recognize, through children's behavior, the love and quality of the parent's parenting skills - I'm not sure what you and Kyle are doing but whatever it is please don't stop! Ya'll are doing an incredible job!

Lowell was so easy to work with. Very patient in explaining everything. We had a couple of questions while on our trip and he responded right away. The RV is very easy to handle, both on the road and in setting up. It is in excellent condition. Highly recommend this RV/owner experience!

The RV was sooooo convenient on our road trip to Charleston SC and back! And the set up and return of everything went well. We will be using Outdoorsy again. Next time trying a larger unit as we compare size/comfort, etc., for a possible purchase.
