Hayden was great and easy to communicate with. We had a small issue with the trailer (just one of those things that happens sometimes), and she was very helpful in trying to find a solution for us remotely.

The host is absolutely fantastic. The trailer was comfortable and clean. Any issues were easy to bring up with the host. Best experience is with shore power but doable without depending on circumstances.
