The owners are lovely and they did try to help rectify the issue of water leak in the camper as well as outside the terminal. we had to go without water including shower, bathroom, cleaning. They offered us a slight cash reduction as this was our bed for the weekend. The camper had been sitting for sometime and I did recommend that the cutlery and dishes should be washed prior to rental. the grill wasn't a grill but a gas element. there were only 2 cups for hot drinks. Next time I won't rent an older camper.

Hi Carla, thank you for your review. I feel your review is unfair being that we took our unit out of winter storage just for you in the early spring, you knowing we hadn't had an opportunity to test anything specifically when you said you weren't going to use the water and then changed your mind after I delivered it to your site. It was a small leak out of the hot water side of the kitchen faucet which we fixed the next day. The one dirty dish was found in a pot underneath the sink, sorry that we didn't find that one when we cleaned it in the fall. Thanks again for your rental we appreciate it and wish you the best.

Fantastic communication; what the camper had vs what we needed to bring ourselves. We had them drop it off and they were very accommodating with the pick up and drop off times. Camper is a bit older but A/C was cold, all appliances worked. It suited our needs just right.

Very nice, clean and comfortable trailer, Lisa and John are super helpful and cooperative. We rented the trailer for the first time and they explained everything and every step of seting it up and how it operates. After their introduction our trip was easy and fun)

Great little camper!! Despite the age, the AC was spectacular, the fridge was cold, and the bed was comfy!! Had the best two nights of sleep I've had in the longest time! Lisa and her husband were very quick to respond to anything and everything, and were very helpful with all of my questions and needs. They were a pleasure to work with! I'd recommend this to anyone taking a quick trip who wants a place to lay their head and cool off. Thanks so much Lisa, you helped make my family party they much better this year!!
