April and Jeremy are VERY Nice people!! They were cooperative and responded to messages in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, my review of the trailer is not good due to a flat tire on our 3.5 hour return trip returning home. The spare tire was on the trailer but no lug wrench or jack. I understand the flat tire was not something the owners had any control over but being out in the middle of nowhere we were extremely fortunate family members were on their way in the same direction as we were to provide the tools to get the tire changed. The trailer itself was clean on the inside but definitely needs some help on the outside, with 3 of the 4 stabilizers needing to be replaced. The trailer would shake whenever someone moved around inside.

Everything went super smoothly with our rental. Trailer was great and everything worked as it should. It fit two families w/ 4 adults and 3 kids comfortably. The bunkhouse setup worked perfectly for our needs.
