Booked the RV 2 months in advance. Had entire RV trip planned and sites booked. Logged in to ask a question 1 week before our trip, saw that they messaged me that the RV booking was cancelled due to some damage from the last renter. If I had not logged in I would not have seen this, did not get emailed to me.. Entire trip ruined, cannot find a replacement RV, have to scramble to find any hotels rooms available. Really sucks.. Very poor communication..

The vehicle was amazing and very well maintained. Colleen was a perfect host, providing info and assistance whenever needed. Her manager, Chris, was also really helpful and available to help. we loved the experience.

Owner is great to work with and very responsive and flexible!
The RV has a wonderful layout and is very easy to operate and luxurious. Even comes with a an excellent outdoor (separate) gas grill! We enjoyed the electric fireplace on cold nights. Kitchen very easy to cook in.
