We had difficulties with the appliances working but the owners were very reasonable in giving us a partial refund. We had good communication but I took away one star because prior to the rental it sometimes took a few days to get a response. Very clean. For the value it was okay as other RVs were much higher in price. I think the listing should be more specific as to weight, size, the number of beds, specific appliances included, and other items included, such as extension cord, etc. Once they get the kinks worked out it will be a great rental.
