The trailer was exactly as advertised. We were first time trailer users and we found using his trailer very easy to understand. I would highly recommend him as an owner.

My husband and I just got back from a short (3-night) trip to a state park with our kids in Thomas' Keystone Summerland. The trailer was easy to handle, and he even lent us his hitch with sway bar (making it a very stable ride). My husband and I had the queen bed, our 9-year old used the top bunk, and we were able to set up the pack-and-play for our 11-month old by collapsing the dinette table and setting it there. It was clean and well-lit. The air conditioning was clutch, as it is summer in Virginia and very hot/humid!

We booked a trip last minute, Thomas was super fast at responding and super helpful. We picked up late and were able to drop off without him even being there. We had the wrong size ball and he let us borrow his! It was great for us as we had 2 adults and 2 doggies. Perfect for our needs!
