The owner changed his mind a few weeks after making a commitment to us and decided to, he said, end his relationship with Outdoorsy.

Unfortunately we had to cancel before we got to go (temporarily!) due to Covid-19, but Vinh was AMAZING. He responds impeccably fast with clear communication, professionalism and kindness. A truly excellent person. We can't wait to rent his unit, hopefully in a few months, and then leave an update again on how fabulous this family and their RV is. :)

I had a very good experience and I am so fascinated after I rented this beautiful RV. I had a trip with my family and everything was smooth, my family also used to feel comfortable during the trip with all conveniences inside of coach. In a word, I am very pleased!

Vinh is a great communicator, super knowledgeable and helpful. He bent over backwards to accommodate our exact needs due our work schedule. Pick up and return was easy breezy as Vinh is very organized. The van itself: What a beautiful interior! We slept great - the bed is surprisingly luxurious. A nice amount of storage for a long-haul trip. I found the van the easy to drive for the most part, but when windy, it was a full-body workout to handle. The rig had two big issues that caused us delays and loss. First night with the rig, the back "trunk" panel fell off the van and we had to figure out the best way to deal with it as it could not be re-attached. This costs us time and consternation as we desire to do the best we can by the owners. Vinh was a great thought-partner and navigated us to the best solution. I so appreciated that he was calm and insightful. The second issue was with the refrigerator. While it worked when we picked it up and we had cold beverages and food the first night, but the 2nd morning everything was warm. Again, Vinh was helpful and and restart suggestions, all of which we followed. The freezer continued to work, but the refrigerator did not. We lost our refrigerated foods. We learned that the refrigerator had issues prior to our trip. I wish we'd known that as having our own food during COVID-19 travel was very much a high priority for us. Thankfully, we had plenty of peanut butter and bread. Extras in the van: toilet paper, paper plates, disposable cups for coffee and drinks, baggies, pots and pans. Bring your own silverware, towels, dishtowels, cleaning supplies. Again, storage is ample. Bottom line: This is the nicest vehicle on the market in the Chicagoland area. Vinh is a great host and very, very knowledgeable to help with any issues. I would highly recommend. Just know, the vehicle is new and there are some kinks to work out.

My family had a blast in Vinh's beautiful, brand new, impeccably clean Leisure Travel Serenity. Vinh was super nice and very responsive. We texted him with a few questions while on the road and he replied immediately. A great first-time Outdoorsy RV experience!

It was awesome to rent from Vihn. He took time to explain every aspect of the vehicle and was always available to answer any questions. My family had an awesome time riding in his luxury RV.
