This was a test as we are starting to consider entering the Camper Van lifestyle. We had never spent time in one, so renting one was the best decision ever. Now we are a little more sure of what we want. This van is comfortable, easy to drive, with great on board components and sufficient storage space. It's brand new, very clean and well equipped. Natalie made her self available any time we needed her assistance. As beginners, we wish we had more information from Natalie about the ins and outs of the van which we mostly had to figure out on our own. Pots and linens and utensils are missing onboard, and we had to put aside a lot of personal items that were taking up much space. We had a couple technical issues with inverter, which required us to get in touch with roadside assistance, and then look for a local repair shop. Natale was very helpful in this situation, and generous in waving off mileage against the expense for repair. Overall, a beautiful experience on a very comfortable camper van. Thank you!

The van is lovely! Natalie is super nice too. It was her first time renting and my first time renting so my comments are to help out in the future. I am an experienced RV owner and it is still hard to figure out the ins and outs Of a new rig. So a meeting where we can review the operations is important for everyone’s sake. She was not very familiar with alot of the functions But we managed. If someone rents with no RV experience- they may need 1/2 hr to an hour or more to review Functions. A cleaning fee would have been simpler then trying to clean it on vacation. Without a vacuum and free time Before having to catch a flight , cleaning was not the easiest. I had to find a dump station in a strange city. I could not find a convenient truck wash. I did my best At the rv park with paper towels and baby wipes. There were alot of personal items on board that I had to consolidate to make room. Pots pans salt pepper forks knives etc are nice to have on board. But toiletries, Shoes, Linens that don't fit, workout weights, extra bags, Etc are not necessary and take up space. But it is a great van! And Natalie Was super accommodating When I asked for some specifics like a blanket, can opener, and a cooking pot, she ran to the Store to grab some. Thank you!!
