We took Jon’s campervan on a road trip to Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon in November 2020. Jon was incredibly responsive and easy to get in touch with prior to our trip and during. We experienced no major issues but got the impression if we had he would have been available. The van was surprisingly easy to drive, from empty desert highways to very curvy, steep mountain roads. Parking and setting up camp for the evening was a breeze, as was breaking down camp to hit the road. It was in the teens some nights, but the propane heater kept us nice and toasty inside the van. Our only complaint was that the interior could have used some vacuuming/sweeping prior to our pickup. Overall, a good option, especially for the price!

Jon was excellent in his communication with us using his RV. The RV worked well but is a bit dated.

Jon was great. He was responsive, informative and easy going. This was my first rv trip and I was a bit nervous. He explained things and put me at ease. During my trip I contacted him with an issue and he quickly replied. Jon also picked us up and dropped us off at the nearby airport. He made the entire trip smooth. His van/camper/rv was easy to drive and handle. We were stranded twice by two snow stores, but it handled well. Heat was good, mileage/fuel consumption was also good. There were three of us. We could all fit on the bed. But I toss and turn. So I slept on the mats provided. The mats fit perfectly on the floor. It was very comfortable, I slept well. Storage was good. The shower and bathroom worked well. I would highly recommend.

Jon was incredibly quick to respond to all questions, and was super helpful in all aspects. The RV had some minor issues (check engine light being the most notable) but Jon let us know about them ahead of time. We really enjoyed our trip to the Grand Canyon thanks to Jon’s RV and his attention to customer service.

Jon was great and the van was everything we hoped it would be and more. The gas stove worked great and we were able to make all our meals in it. The bed was comfortable for a few nights sleep in the desert. And the van drove great and was pretty fuel efficient! Jon was the best too and was very responsive and helpful around scheduling. We're already talking about going back and renting with Jon again. Can't go wrong with this camper for two.

We had a wonderful trip using Jon's Roadtrek. With it's great gas milage (20-23mpg) and small footprint (it can be parked in most car spaces) the camper van fit all of our needs. It's the perfect size for a couple with ample room for two. Jon was very helpful and answered any questions we had while we were on the road immediately. The van's systems (a/c, heat, waste management, etc.) were also easy to use.

The can is very accurately described on the ad, there were no surprises. Good vehicle, reliable. Jon was extremely helpful, polite and responsive. Every message I sent him during the trip was answered within a few minutes. He was also very punctual on the pick up and drop off.

RV worked well as it's very maneuverable, easy to drive and has a powerful diesel engine, and was perfect for our needs. John was very easy to work with too and took the time to explain how everything worked. Had a great time camping with this RV!

I can’t thank Jon enough for the opportunity he gave us, it was an amazing experience to sightseeing with his RV and now we have wonderful memories to share with our friends. It was the first time for me to use an RV and Jon explained me everything in detail, very proactive in communication, very. The RV is in a good shape for the age and I would be happy to rent from Jon again :)

Jon was great to communicate with, his 07 campervan in good shape for the age,
Fuel mileage excellent, it was all that we expected ( Being ovners of a campervan ourselfs in Canada)
Jon even picked us up from the aeroport, give us directions best roads to use while in Cali.
Overall great experience.

Jon was an excellent host being very proactive in communication and answering all our questions promptly. The RV was great and Jon included many extras. We would rent from him again any time.
