This was a decent 2008 model trailer. It was clean and pulled wonderful. We lost heat first night thinking it was propane issue because one tank was completely empty and I could NOT get it to "switch" over that night so we slept in the camper with ONE little heater but that too went out and we thought it was blown breakers/fuses... but to find out on the 3rd night lost ALL power and the entire time was the main power plug due to corrosion and burned into wires and we lost a power leg... At this point I was ready to just go home but didn't want to hook up in the dark so I went to hunting the problem. When I made it to the plug in on the power pole it shot sparks out. I took it all apart and re-wired it. That was the issue the whole time. The stabilizer jacks were so rusty it shreeks like a cat stuck in a saw... I had just enough wd-40 to grease two but the other two need it also. Last thing. I'm 6'3 and the bed is about a 1/2 foot too short along with the shower. The man we rented it from was very apologetic but having to maintenance a RV I don't own is NOT what I was expecting or wanted. Froze the first night, lost ac plug power several times second night and got no sleep form resetting everything all night to re-wiring the main plug the third night and finally go a good night's sleep with NO issues. The sewer tie in is VERY short and we had to use holding tanks till we could pull forward to dump... Other than this its an OK camper. Should be good for the next person now that I repaired the plug. As long as the other jacks get serviced... a new heavy duty weather resistant plug installed and new water hose with longer sewer hose this will be a good camper to rent. Just a note as to why I didn't SEE the improper connection was a fellow camper next to me started helping me set up as soon as I got there and HE plugged in the power, and water hoses.
