We had a terrific trip to Rocky Mountain National Park in the van. Kelsey was very responsive - from our initial booking of the rental throughout our time on the road. She is working on a manual for the specifics of the van, which will be helpful to renters going forward. The layout of the van is perfect, easy to live in, and very comfortable. After the van was returned, however, Kelsey blamed us for water damage and mold that was found under the floorboards. Although, upon drop off, we all noticed water marks appearing to come from inside the wooden enclosure of the water tank, we had absolutely no indication of any issues while using the van during our 2 night rental, nor spills of any kind that would cause such damage. Needless to say, getting blamed for what appears to be a mechanical issue or ongoing leak was an enormous surprise, hassle and disappointment. Because of that dispute, having to settle for our security deposit through Outdoorsy, and mechanical issues that clearly need to be addressed, this is only a 2 star review instead of a 5 star review.
