First the day before the scheduled delivery they called to tell me that the over did not work, "fine, we don't plan on using it" I said. The trailer arrives at the camp site and the stairs are broken. JJ spends 20 minutes trying to fix them and then says "sorry, it's either a step ladder or I take the trailer back and give you a refund", at this point that was Not an option so we take the step ladder. The trailer was not what I would call clean but it appeared to be mostly the floors. The second night we tried to put a movie in the the kids and the sound came on but no picture. We call JJ's wife who said "let me call you back" 1/2 hour later called again. Got JJ on the phone and another 1/2 hour later he was able to walk us through it. Oh, and the first morning at the Silver Strand state beach we were harassed by the park worker, he said that this trailer was not allowed in the park and that they were aware of it. Apparently you have to be an approved vendor to have rentals there. The trailer was left cleaner than when we received it and I asked for my cleaning fee returned ($150). I will post again and let you know if that happens.

The R.V. was delivered on time they gave us a tour and explained how everything worked. The R.V. was spacious and clean it was exactly as described in the listing. Customer service was exceptional they were able to answer all the questions I had rapidly. I would definitely recommend It; my family enjoyed it very much.
