We are Jason and Melissa, a husband and wife duo. Adventure Camper Rentals was created to help others who enjoy adventure, traveling and camping at the amazing campgrounds that Michigan has to offer. We rent our campers to families and friends who want luxury accommodations while experiencing the peace and relaxation that camping offers. We also rent to families who need extra space for family get togethers or weddings.

This was not a good experience for us this time...It first started when we arrived and the camper smelled very bad like sewer. Long story short the tanks were never emptied. We had to pay $100 cash to get them emptied and cleaned. The door to our camper did not lock at all, so each night we had to sleep with our door wide open and unlocked. Our camper was level, not sure why it would not lock. It seems like we had issue after issue. Our battery did not hold a charge or work with propane, therefore we had to run the generator most of our stay. Our fridge and freezer would not stay cold either. There was a lot of extra effort on this trip that made it not as enjoyable for us. I would appreciate a refund of $300-500 to compensate for this. NOT emptying the tanks was absolutely horrific and the smell of other peoples sewer and standing water in our shower was disgusting.

The only issue I had was that the camper did not have any water in the tank to use the camper to it’s full potential. We still had a good time and the camper is very nice. I will contact you next year and rent the camper again.

Would have given you a five-star review but both propane tanks were empty. Then I notice on the charges below, you charged me $100.00 for a "prep fee" that clearly includes propane. I appreciate you re-imbursing me for the propane I bought for you though. All in all, we did have a great time and enjoyed the camper. A little more attention to detail in the future will save the next camper the hassle of finding propane when it's time to feed the family.
