Jake was terrific...the motor home not so much! Had trouble everytime we tried to roll in the awning, we had to continually pull down on the support arms to help it roll up. The LED lights under the canopy did not work, everytime we tried to plug something in outside we would trip a breaker.
I called Jake each time we had an issue and he either answered right a way or called me back within minutes. He was extremely helpful and apologetic.

Thor Quantum performed as expected. No issues. Bankston staff were easy to work with. We tried an online RV Share previously and were cancelled at the last minute for no reason. We will not do that again. Bankston took care of us.

Bankston Motor Homes has been a blessing! We rented an RV to go and pick up 3 boys who all had surgery at the same time in Florida. This was the best option to get them home as they could not put any weight on their legs! Mr. Bankston heard our situation and covered the whole trip for us! What an amazing man and company! As well as the man showing us the camper, did a fantastic job getting us ready to hit the road! 5 stars all the way around! Would Highly Recommend!
