This was our family’s first time towing an RV camper, and we wanted to rent one for a short trial trip to see what it was like. We are so glad we chose this RV from Baycampr!

Baycampr was a great host. Importantly, the RV was really nice and helped make our family trip (2 adults, 2 kids; 11 & 16) excellent. The 2018 Diesel Mercedes chassis pulled strong, and the cabin was very quiet (way better than a cutaway-style Ford box). The queen-like bed was surprisingly comfortable. Just about everything on the rig worked fine for us (with the one exception of the tank level sensors weren't reliable, which the host is going to address).
Definitely spring for the bike rack. Next time, I'd do the delivery option as well.

Russ is amazing. I had an issue with my truck and he didn’t hesitate to come to my camp site to help. He towed the trailer to my home and waited while we unloaded. Thank you Russ. It’s a shame I can’t give more than 5 stars. Trailer and amenities are great. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience renting the RV from Russ. The vehicle was in great condition, and Russ gave us a thorough walkthrough with clear instructions. The manual and videos made everything easy to follow. Our family—especially the kids—loved spending time together playing cards and games during the trip. Russ was quick to respond and very flexible when we asked to extend our schedule. Overall, both the RV and Russ as a host exceeded our expectation

Phenomenal Experience. I have never used an RV before and other than experience pulling a trailer I had no idea what I was doing. Russell did a phenomenal job explaining everything to me and ensuring our trip would run smoothly. He was very helpful and the RV was in perfect condition, I could not find a single scratch or dent anywhere. The process was incredibly simple and made for the trip of a lifetime to see the redwoods. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be renting again for a trip to Yosemite!

Nice Rigs is a very professional, efficient and reliable place to rent an RV, especially if it’s your first time taking such an excursion. They insure you are prepared and ready for your trip with the right insurance, road side assistance and instructions needed to operate the RV, its utilities, jacks, air conditioning and generator. I have never driven an RV before my sons and I took a 2 week trip to the Grand Canyon and back. The RV accommodated us well and kept us cool even when we encountered 109 degree temps through the Mojave area. Russel ran me through how to make the sides push out and retract. He took me on a practice drive to make sure I was comfortable. Everything was laid out clearly in our contact, and he honored all agreements. I would highly recommend NiceRigs for your RV vacation.

We had a great time using this trailer. Everything was exactly as we expected and we had no problems. This was my first time pulling a trailer. Russel was great and easy to deal with and had everything we needed to make our trip go smoothly (Weight distributing hitch and brake controller). After our trip I would definitely rent from Russel again... or we are even considering getting a trailer of our own.

What an easy experience! This was our first time renting a trailer (we had owned one for a while). Russel made the process very simple an easy. Pick up was simple with a great walkthrough of the trailer and a binder with very helpful and detailed information. Drop off was quick, and we look forward to renting from Nice Rigs again.

It was our first time ever towing or camping with an RV and Russell was extremely helpful and patient. Having him go over everything and give us a print out of how to do everything helped us feel more confident. The trailer was very nice and clean, we had no issues. It was short, last minute trip and we had a great time!
