CNY RV Rentals set the standard for service and delivery with my recent outing. I asked them to delivery to a very unique place -- not only were they on time, set up the trailer, and helped me understand controls, they adjusted the time of pick up for my convenience. The trailer was uber-clean, in excellent condition, and everything worked perfectly. I will definitely be calling them again when I return to Central NY.

Everything was great except the refrigerator would not get down to temperature and we lost a lot of food. We did finally get the refrigerator down to 37 degrees on the afternoon before our trip ended, but we had to make a bunch of trips to the grocery store and buy more ice and coolers.

The RV rental experience from Eddie and CNY RV was excellent. The RV was meticulously clean and neat when we picked it up. Eddie was very helpful getting us setup, explaining all the systems, and giving rookies like us lots of advice and tips. They were there for us when we had an issue with the electrical system, and drove over 2 hours to our campground to diagnose and replace a part (on a Sunday). They did the repair while we were off on a day trip, and had things all fixed that afternoon. I can't say enough about that level of customer service, which is becoming more and more rare these days.
