I experience with Kunes RV of Cleveland was extremely positive. I had one minor issue with a dead/bad battery. I called to explain my issue and had to buy a new RV battery. The company was very apologetic and reimbursed me for the entire cost of the new battery purchased. I would definitely rent from them again.

The staff at Kunes was very helpful in matching us with the right 3 vehicles. We are inexperienced campers who wanted to share this adventure with our whole family. They made sure we knew how to operate all features of the vehicles and patiently helped when we found out our Explorer didn't have the power to pull the Jayco and we had to switch vehicles at the last minute. We had a wonderful family trip, full of great memories, thanks to Kunes.
