I had a reservation with Eric to pick up at 3 PM, but unfortunately, he arrived 40 minutes late, causing a significant delay in our schedule. The air conditioning in the RV barely worked, especially in the master bedroom where there was no airflow, and the AC vents didn't function properly. If you're a family with kids, this can be quite uncomfortable. I strongly recommend double-checking before renting from this guy. To make matters worse, when we mentioned the AC issue, Eric casually brushed it off and offered a so-called "promotion" for 8 hours of generator use. However, the RV lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker or toaster, even though the pictures were misleading. On top of everything, he charged us extra for mileage. According to his Outdoorsy posting, it was supposed to come with 900 miles free, but he claimed it was only free for 750 miles. Exercise caution when dealing with him.

He will lie all the time and claim discounts for every possible problem with your RV. He won't take care of your coach, it gets really bad, very dirty and stinky.
If you rent a coach to him, you have to be careful with every word, it is best to write everything in the contract, lose your seat, return it late, and not clean everything.

This was our first Outdoorsy experience and it was great. Eric walked us through a thorough pre inspection and handed us the keys to his 31F. The RV drove great and no mechanical issues. When we got to the camp site, everything worked; the slide-out, the shower, the toilet, the fridge, the stove. The awning worked, but we really didn't use it. Once we plugged in, the family loved it. Again, everything worked the way it was supposed to and was clean as well. It was a home away from home. Once our trip ended, Eric did a thorough end of trip inspection and everything was good to go. Thanks again Eric!

It was a great RV and a great experience. Eric was easy to deal with and friendly. We drove over 2500 miles and had zero mechanical issues. Looking forward to doing it again!
