Our trip had its ups and downs for the 10 days we had the RV. Dennis was a pleasure to work with before and during the trip. He was always very responsive in returning messages or answering a phone call. He was always able to answer the questions we had for him and helped troubleshoot some of our challenges.

Was a great RV overall, ran fantastic in the mountains, generator ran beautifully (just don’t forget there’s a setting to change when you climb or drop in altitude 😋). It also runs for a solid 6-8 hours without issues (and we didn’t need any longer)! Dennis was a great host - responsive and timely - we even had a mixup with the RV and Dennis had it handled swiftly. However, Outdoorsy ended up charging me more money during that process, which was an issue that never should have happened and was the hosts’ error in the first place. The one big thing that did really get to us, especially being that my family has an appreciation for travel as a lifestyle, was that our black tanks were at least half-full upon pick-up of the RV. We had to dump the tanks from people before us, and there was not connection seal for the sewage pipe..🤢 Surprisingly, this host does only fill up the tanks to half-full, so the first gas fill up can be pretty pricey. Everything that he states is included is there, so that was awesome! Other than that, we had a great trip with a great host 😊

Dennis is wonderful at communicating with you on any questions. He is very responsive. He showed me the basics when I picked it up. I had no issues driving to my camping spot and back. It was nice having utensils, plates. etc., just in case. I used paper plates and plastic utensils. They did a wonderful job making my experience worry free for using an RV for the 2nd time. I would recommend them. I'm reserving again in July and am looking forward to it. Thanks Dennis!

Wonderful weekend down in Kanab! We used for dry camping and absolutely loved our time spent with the RV. The bathroom and shower were a life saver for us. Dennis was always very responsive and kind.

Great experience. Dennis was incredibly responsive, RV did it's job well. You can tell it has some standard wear and tear, but it didn't affect our experience. Would absolutely rent from them again, and would recommend to others. Thank you!

The host was flexible, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The RV is well used and there was a lot more damage/worn out areas than the pics showed. The RV appeared clean but windows were dirty and we found dishes in the cupboard that still had food on them. The fridge was also dirty and stopped working for most of our trip. It was a very rough ride and noisy as the stove/counter unit, table, shower wall, and windows rattled very bad. Maintenance was lacking, no windshield washer fluid, low coolant, and broken oil dipstick housing. Overall the RV itself is not worth what you are being charged for. No issues with the host, site, or rental process.

RV was exactly as described and very cozy - so many blankets, pillows, and the kitchen was well stocked. Love that filling and emptying tanks was included. We had a couple of issues with the onboard generator, but Dennis was quick to make sure we got the help we needed.

We had such a great experience with our RV. We had minor mechanical issues and they were so quick to ensure we were taken care of. They were easy to talk too and work with on every aspect and went above and beyond for us during and even after our trip. Absolutely grateful for such a great host to make our journey so easy and enjoyable! Thank you so much!
