For more than 35 years, I’ve been studying personal development and coaching people to succeed. Coaching is my calling. I knew it immediately when I began volunteering with life coach and business strategist Tony Robbins. Soon after, I earned his certification as well as John Maxwell’s International certification for coaching, teaching, training & speaking on Success and Leadership. I have never looked back. Helping people overcome obstacles and breakthrough barriers is what gives my life meaning. I have started and successfully operated over 10 businesses including a large luxury limousine company with over 15 vehicles and 60 employees. I love to provide top notch service that is 2nd to none. That same commitment is how I operate Lirvs. My life goal is to show others how to create, experience, embrace, and enjoy an extraordinary quality of life. I am a highly motivated and outcome-oriented person dedicated to helping people clarify what they want to achieve and then showing them how to attain those results. My best selling book "THE Secret TO Achieving Every Goal YOU SET" is a step by step guide that shows how reaching your goals requires an 80% mindset and 20% mechanics. With an empowering belief system along with the right attitude, people can accomplish anything. My desire to help people extends to my personal time where I currently serve my community as a volunteer firefighter. I have the ability and feel that it’s my social responsibility to help people when they need it most. I had become a Vistage Chair because I know how powerful coaching & peer groups can be. I now facilitate 2 exclusive peer mastermind groups of individuals and business owners which helps them to make better decisions and achieve better results.
