The unit was clean and ready to go, any minor issues were addressed. The process of renting was smooth and I will absolutely rent from Open Trails on my next adventure

Trey Long was fantastic. He was available to answer my questions & concerns. Trey delivered the RV to our campsite and sent me pics when it was setup. We arrived to a cool & clean RV. I have already recommended Trey to others at the event. I also spoke with a young lady and man at Outdoorsy. They both were very helpful and provided great customer service. Sorry I don’t remember their names.

Perfect Experience!
The owner was awesome. He made sure we knew everything about the unit. Helped ensure we were good on hauling and set up. Very nice unit perfect for our family of 4. Will always use open trails when we're that way! Thanks so much!

We rented the Keystone Springdale from Trey. Great overall experience. Camper was near-new, he walked me through the unit and hooked it up to my tow vehicle. It's worth noting that we pulled it with a full-size SUV and it did great. It has brakes, so make sure you have a brake controller and your vehicle should do fine. I'm not sure it would sleep 10 adults, but I could see a few adults and some kids...there are loads of bunk space. It's worth noting that Trey supplies an excellent weight-distributing hitch which is really a good feature to reduce trailer sway. Most of the other folks renting these things send you off with a regular ball hitch and in the wind these things will wag like a dog's tail. We left for our trip in gusty 30mph winds, so I was appreciative of the extra thought put into the hitch.

Trey was great! Easy to work with and very responsive. We had a small water leak on the outside of the trailer (perhaps the water heater connection), but had a great time.

My family and I had a wonderful time exploring Fall Creek Falls State Park in TN. We spent five days together and I was very happy with my little camper. It was clean and I loved having it delivered to the site. While both of my sons had their own campers for their families, having one for myself was the way to go during the pandemic. Trey was great to work with and attended very well to any issues that came up.
