Josh's Rv had everything we needed plus more for our 6 day edc lv trip.From the unexpected rocking chairs to his flexibility and him being an overachiever as a host.This was my fifth and by far the best experience with a rv rental with an amazing price..my only complaint would be that the fuel inlet light went off n but that's not Josh's fault at all and didn't affect our trip at all. I would 100% book with Josh especially if your in Utah you will not be disappointed!

Kacey was so awesome and the Four Winds was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, very comfortable, and Kacey was extremely responsive anytime we had a question. Highly recommend!

This was our first RV experience with 4 generations and it was a HIT! Kacey was amazing and very accommodating to our needs especially with pick-up/return (we had 3 RVs to coordinate). Great communicators. RV was very clean and appointed. All we had to do was show up and go! Definitely recommend renting from Kacey.

RV was as advertised. Very clean and they took the time to show me how to use everything.

I have to be honest, this wasn't the best experience...from start to finish. My husband went to pick up the RV (location changed the morning of from Meridian to Nampa) and nobody was there to assist him. He was left to figure out how to operate the RV, and several things weren't working right off the bat. Calls and texts to the owner were less than responsive but at 9pm that evening a young gentleman arrived to try to "fix" things before we left the next morning. We got from point A to point B and our kids had a fun time but the RV had many problems (AC in the rear bedroom never worked, grey water line was duck taped underneath the vehicle and despite a full tank of water often never worked so we never even showered in the vehicle). And again, the owner and his "young assistant" really weren't very attentive or helpful. The RV was in decent condition, but in our opinion way too expensive and this owner was seriously lacking customer service. We wouldn't rent from them again. We tried reaching out to the owner to discuss these issues after returning the vehicle (again, nobody present to take the vehicle back--only a locked gate and no sign of anyone) but the owner failed to return a call and text so here we are, warning others to be weary. SORRY!

The vehicle was in a different location than advertised. The owner failed to respond to several messages left through the website in the runup to the trip. These issues caused us to lower our rating (vehicle was clean, in good shape, well maintained, etc.) because of the poor communication and the location not being the one advertised when the person makes the buying decision.

Terrible experience. The owner did not go over anything upon delivery. The camera, the safety camera didn’t work to change lanes or reverse. We got up to the campsite and the AC had been broken from the previous renters, they had flipped the RV to us 2 hours after getting it back from the previous renters, with half a tank of propane, septic not emptied or washed out, broken awning and told us to find our own AC repairman. Only to find out that the owners or previous renters had hit a tree and damaged it. Unfixable. I wonder why they didn’t go over the RV with me? Had to spend $500 for any air that between that and the septic tank make it uninhabitable. We had to stay in my son’s RV and return early. They are now blaming me for all damage and not returning my deposit. I am so disappointed as I thought I had found a reputable company to do business with long term. In addition, there are unexpected unexplained charges. An owner fee, a manual charge on top of the rental fee. No reply or response from them.

Terrible communication, they didn’t deliver what they promised or even explained and we were left with numerous issues to deal with on our own. I will NEVER lease from these guys again and neither should you.

First time renting a class B motor home. Easy process to rent and pick up the vehicle. Vehicle was clean upon pick up. Austin was there for us when we had questions about some of the systems. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from Premium again.
