We had a great time using this trailer. Comfortable beds and stocked well with essentials supplies for cooking. Great home away from home. Our family had booked the trailer for 3 trips. No regrets.

This trailer was not as advertised. "Just bring food" is far from true. Did not have advertised toiletries, coffee maker, linens. Sleeps 5 (at best) not 6. Missing some basics like trash can, bath mat, dish drying rack. Sparsely stocked kitchen. The first amenity listed is "Linens included" . When I contacted her about that, she said "I'm not going to negotiate with you." She insisted I pay her an extra $25 for a linen kit, which included 4 mismatched items. The towels we also mismatched and one was arguably a rag. The bed was so hard, we ended up curled up on the couches. NOT A BRAND NEW TRAILER. Do yourself a favor and find another rental.

Our 2nd rental experience with RVan was just as great as the first. The vehicle suited our needs perfectly. Hiccups (there are always hiccups with an RV) were extremely minor and didn't impact our enjoyment one bit. Communication was good, service was good and we will definitely rent from RVan again.

Holiday Rambler was great. Easy to drive is right! Felt smallish on the roads but with the slide outs felt biggish at camp. Had everything we needed. Easy pick up and drop off. Would recommend.

The RV was not prepared when we arrived. There were broken parts. We were not told that the back window was not to be opened. When we opened it during the tour and couldn't shut it, the employee helped us shut it and told us you just have to muscle it a little to close it but never said we shouldn't open it. then it shattered when we opened it the first night of our trip and the owner gave us no support.

Kimberlee, appreciate your feedback. The back window was made known it was an emergency exit. Those are not to be open. I know you and your spouse signed the form indicating a sufficient walkthrough. I’m sorry you are responsible for the window damage. Good luck on your RV purchase in the future. Make sure you do a lot of research. Educate yourselves and ask lots of questions upon purchase. Take care.

Very little of this booking/ trip went smooth. I am not a fan of Outdoorsy or there app. First issue arose when I made my first booking for a different vehicle with a different owner. Turned out the vehicle needed servicing and he hadn’t removed it from the system. Outdoorsy billed me and even though the owner cancelled within a few hours, my credit card has still been billed (dealing with CC company). Next I tried to book a different Sprinter and the price that was on Outdoorsy’s site was incorrect and the owner would not honor it (I could not checkout either as Outdoorsy had it set up only for delivery for an extra $250 fee). Then when I contacted the owner they said they wouldn’t rent that one as it also needed service. So I went with one of their other Sprinters. The coordinates they sent me for pickup were wrong and off by 15 miles. When I got to the pickup location, the person checking me out had only started working for them and showed me things that were not relevant (van was winterized so water system instructions were completely unnecessary). The big issue was the sliding door which they knew about as I was instructed on how to close the broken door. Apparently a piece in the bottom track was broken and the door had to be pulled out while closing. This made closing it from the inside impossible. While we managed, it was very frustrating and created a fear that at any point we wouldn’t be able to close the door. When I returned the vehicle, there was no one there, no instructions were given as to how to return the vehicle, so I took lots of pictures and hid the keys and sent them a text. At the same time I let them know that the door had been a real problem and I asked for a credit. To this date I have never heard from them. While I know things happen, it’s how they are dealt with that matters. At every turn, no one has stepped up to do the right thing, and as such, this review.

Had an amazing time. First time renting through outdoorsy made it a breeze. Our hosts were awesome answering a few questions we had.

The rig was very well appointed and clean inside and out. The owners were very friendly and helpful and answered our call when we had a question while we were on the road. Highly recommend!
