The RV was new, the process from pick up to return very easy and simple and the customer service outstanding so it was an excellent experience overall. We only wish that there would be options for renting a class B+ model and possible to rent for longer periods.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week vacation in our rental RV. The Sunseeker 2550 was in excellent condition, was easy to drive, and was supremely comfortable and luxurious. The process of making our reservation, picking up the vehicle, and returning it upon completion of our trip was very efficient. The staff were responsive during our trip when we had any questions. We'll definitely be renting again from RV Canada.

Michel and PM were very helpful and courteous. The unit was clean and road ready. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a next level starter package available, such as coffee percolator, a few pots and pans, trash bin, blanket and maybe cleaning materials. The experience was excellent.

We had a wonderfull weeks vacation with the rented RV, brand new, clean, ready to go. Michel and company were very professional and helpful as this was our first time out. We've always tented, I don't think there will be much tenting anymore. We would definately consider renting again.

The trailer was great for our family size but it came with problems. We are experienced RV/trailer owners once so we get it when things go wrong. However for the price of the daily rental fee and the fact that we are renting...I would have expected these problems to be resolved in the testing phase before releasing it to rent. The first three days of camping was spent solving issues with leaks and awnings not working properly. We must have had 6 issues. I don't think we will be renting again for that price. If it was a little cheaper per day then we could have tolerated the problems. We did contact the rental rep who gave us his cell phone when we had issues and the service there was good. It was just annoying having to deal with the issues to begin with.

The staff at RV Canada we’re extremely helpful and friendly. Pickup and drop off were quick and smooth. The RV itself was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and drove well, and used less fuel than I had anticipated. We were very pleased with our experience and will likely be renting again in the future.
