All in all it was a very good experience. Chris was great. He did a good job of going over the features and the various operating features. The only suggestion is to have written instructions for operating the various controls and functions like the thermostat, the system panel, etc. It is a lot of information. Written instructions would be helpful.

We had a great time renting the 2024 Grech Strada Ion for a week-long trip around southern Arizona. Before the rental Chris was quick to answer all questions about the RV and rental process. When we arrived, Ed gave us a thorough walkthrough and answered all our questions as well as supplying the Starlink equipment. The van was very comfortable and easy to drive. The supplied amenities (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc) were nice. The van's built-in amenities were very nice and the battery system was truly impressive (hours of AC on battery!). Support was quick when we had an issue with Grech's Firefly system that was quickly resolved. We would rent from Scottsdale RV Life again and would recommend them for RV rentals.

After a very excellent experience working through and finalizing the rental agreement picking up the vehicle got a little rocky when we noticed the license plates had expired. The issue did get resolved but would recommend phone calls over text when the customer has a concern.
The RV worked really well for our needs and the service by staff was very helpful.

This camper van was great. It had everything we needed for our trip, and even more features we didn't even end up using. It's compact enough that you can drive it like a car but still has all you would need for a long camping trip. Chris was super communicative in advance, and when we got there, Ed did a great job of running through all of the features. Would highly recommend.

Mari and her team were very helpful and accommodative on the pick-up and turn-in of the RV. And very responsive when we had questions. Overall, a very nice RV experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the United States. We'd love to visit Arizona again, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them for another RV. Thanks!

Mari & Chris were absolutely amazing hosts!! Very communicative & easily reachable during my trip. This was my first time driving something this large and they made me so comfortable every step of the way. The rig itself was everything I'd hoped for and needed in this trip. 10/10 would book with them again!!

We rent RV's often, and this was by far our best experience yet. We were on the road for almost 3 weeks and never had an issue with the RV. It was immaculate when we picked it up. If I needed something or had a question Chris was only a phone call away, He picks up his phone and solves problems. Such a great experience. Thank you, Chris! Next time we are in the area we will be renting from you!

Chris and Ed were great to work with. The onboarding process was smooth and the return was even easier. Everything worked on the coach as advertised. I recommend renting this coach for a great vacation.

First time RVers- we had a great time in Arizona with this RV... She is BIG! Because she is so big allow a little extra driving time when going up to the mountains. I do not recommend taking 89A from Sedona to Flagstaff in this RV, take 17 (the road is wider)
The AC works great! When the push outs were open there is so much room. The RV can be loud when at maximum speed and going up hill. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Great first experience for our family with an RV! Chris was excellent arranging the rental and kept us very informed of each step in the process. Great customer service! Would highly recommend Scottsdale RV for your RV adventure!

The experience was great! I’m not new to the camping and outdoor life but I’m typically on the go all the time. And I’ve been curious about how camping in a van is versus my current truck set up. I got to slow down a bit and find some things I like (and dislike) about “van life.” The host did an great job with communication and walking me through all the features and such of the van. Will definitely be using Outdoorsy again!
