Great rental experience. Camper was clean and in great condition. The woman who assisted with rental, sorry forgot her name, was extremely helpful with educating on how to utilize water pumps, slide outs etc. The mechanic who helped adjust equalizer hitch was helpful as he explained how and what the hitch does, so I was able to disconnect from the hitch when we got to our destination and hook back up with confidence. Will definitely rent again.

Don checked us out with the camper explaining all the necessary details. Knowing that we were experienced at trailer life he still explained things in a manner that was not condescending and was in fact very informative. Everything was provided as advertised. The lack of use of the awning was the only real disappointment however, the reasoning used was understandable. The return was easy and we were able to finish our vacation without any worries. Look forward to doing it again!
