We had a wonderful experience with the sprinter and working with Luke. Car was clean. I am 5'2 and was worried about the size of the van but felt comfortable after a couple mins. Kids LOVED having that much space for a road trip. Will 100% be renting this again! So nice inside and so easy to figure out features!

Picked up the vehicle and it was dirty and with a half tank of gas. I reached out to the owner and haven’t heard anything from him and it been two days. Myself and my husband had to clean the vehicle before we can put our family in it which made us late for our event. And with covid going around this was a big health risk as well.
