When we arrived we had trouble with the toilet and we noticed that the water/sewer connection was not made. One of the folks that was staying with us (who has a RV) connected the hose. We had "off and on" trouble with the toilet. However, The Ultimate Tailgating people that we called were very helpful and friendly.

Even with complications, this rental experience was as smoon as could be for our family. Courtney and Mike were kind enough to take questions after hours about the leveler, freshwater, and broken faucet and provide solutions for each. So happy to have had the opportunity for a great family experience to witness the 2024 solar eclipse.

Ultimate Tailgating did a great job of setting up the RV as well as some help early during the trip. Bringing it back and checking out was also a breeze as they were prepared, fast, and efficient. It is not a top of the line RV but not a bad unit either. We had a few little mechanical issues such as the windshield wiper coming loose and not operating correctly. A quick trip to Walmart for a crescent wrench and 10 mins later we were back on the road. Speaking of the road, the unit road very, very well on the road. I do not much like the quality of highways that Georgia and Florida have but this RV handled the roads very well.

Had issues with generator, satellite would not work had to move the unit to get signal…. Find breakers and reset them then had to hunt for breakers on the generator so it would work and then for some reason got charged an additional $8 for generator charge which I have no idea what is for because I prepaid for unlimited generator usage. Not my first rental with UT but may be hunting for other options depending on the response I get.

RV was not ready for pickup upon arrival. Exterior was being washed and interior had not been cleaned. It was booked for pickup on the 28th and we picked up on the 29th. This should have been ready for departure on the day it was scheduled for pickup. Had we not questioned the cleanliness of the interior, we would have been sent on our way with nasty floors and countertops. They did briefly Swiffer and wipe down the counters after being questioned. The walk around and operators tour was worthless. We were told a key didnt work to a bay because it "Hadnt been oiled." Generator had issues prior to departure and did not work all of day one, this meant no AC in the back during the two hour drive. No wifi or connectivity. Exterior radio and speakers inoperable.
