The canvas allows you to sleep longer when the sun comes up, then you can open up the curtains for a full view of the outdoors. Ice Cold A/C for the hot summer days. Propane heat keeps the camper warm and toasty during cool nights. One end has queen size double mattress slide out bed, and the other end has a full double mattress slide out. The two benches with cushions used for dining during the day allow for 2 small children to sleep comfortably. There's a sink & fridge (no electricity-but you can put block of ice in or just use your coolers). There is no toilet. Just reserve a spot close to the bathrooms, and with electricity & water for hookup. For cooking, there is a propane 2 burner stove-top built in. Bring your own pot, pan, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, bowls, measuring spoons, lighter/matches , etc. Other appliances include a microwave and coffee percolator for stove top. Bring Your OWN plates/silverware/cups/drinking water. Small dogs are allowed. Absolutely NO Smoking! Please treat this unit with care as if it were your own. Trailer must be clean, swept, and trash-free before leaving. A $50 cleaning fee will be applied if it is not clean. We provide bed linens and blankets, but no pillows.
