***Currently No outside Awning***This is our 28 foot Fleetwood Storm! This Class A Coach drives like a big van and has everything you need. Queen bed in the back with Roku TV, super dinette that makes a full size bed, and a "hide a queen" bed that comes down above the captains chairs ! (500 lb weight limit). This coach offers a 80 gallon gas tank, 14 gallons (60 lbs) of propane, a Cummings generator, 6 gallons hot water (and heater), 60 gallons of fresh water, ice cold A/C and a hot heater furnace. There are basic cooking utensils, dish towels, toaster, plates, bowls, and silverware. Pots and pans are not yet included. You also will have all the necessities to hook up to electric, water, and septic at a campground. This is not hard to drive but I will make sure you are comfortable with operating everything and can give you driving lessons before you leave. A Class C license will do. Recently updated with new floors and new paint. Please treat this RV as if it was yours. For convenience, you can park in our gated property while you're on your trip. Please return coach as you received it by condition, full gas tank, full propane tank, and empty septic tanks. If you’re crunched for time, I offer add-ons to do that for you after your trip for additional charge.We are flexible and accommodating but please don’t take advantage of that.
