Come stay in this clean family and dog friendly home-away from-home featuring a comfy queen bed, spacious U-shaped dinette, fully equipped kitchen, and large double bunk beds. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 so there’s room for the whole family! We are totally family and pet friendly (although we ask no pets on beds or furniture). NO Smoking allowed! Pick up and drop off evenings only on weekdays unless special arrangement is made. - leaving children and/or uncrated pets unattended in RV
- climbing on roof
- outdoor festivals (such as Burning Man)
- dry lake beds or desert areas that produce fine dust
SECURITY
- keep RV doors locked when in transit or unattended
- use hitch padlock at all times (trailers)
- use gorilla-guard hitch lock when disconnected from vehicle (trailers)
WILDFIRES
- follow directions of state authorities
- evacuate if ordered to do so
- keep us informed by text/phone
RETURN RV CLEAN/FULL
- Remove personal items/food
- Wash, dry, and put away dishes/cookware
- Sweep/vacuum interior
- Clean surfaces with provided cleaning supplies
- Dispose of trash
- Replenish propane
- Empty gray and black tanks
- Gather any dirty linens/towels and place near door
