Responsive, supportive, proactive owner
Yanet consistently provides timely answers, assists first-time renters, and is flexible with changes. She also proactively resolves issues on-site and ensures the RV is stocked with essential items like dishes and coffeemaker.
Drives great with no issues
The RV drives great with no issues, is roomy, well-maintained, and very clean with a good layout. It includes essential amenities. Minor reported issues were Android phone connectivity for maps and operating the DVD player.

5.0The rv was nice and roomy. It was very clean and came with general items. I am glad we brought a can opener. We had issue with electrical and extension cord was left out but Yanet was at our site to fix issue asap and brought the cord. The electrical was a GFI issue only. We never figured out dvd player but enjoyed our trip. Maybe a video to explain this would help. Great experience and wonderful owners that were very responsive.

5.0We cannot say enough good things about our experience renting this RV! Yanet was wonderful to work with - she had everything ready for us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We were first time RV'ers and she made us feel comfortable and prepared. The RV itself had everything you could want, all of the little details were taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. We would most definitely rent this RV from Yanet again. Thanks!

5.0We had an amazing time working with Yanet and driving Thor to many national parks. We had no problems driving and camping for over a week. Yanet was great at communication and being flexible when our plans changed for drop off. We would definitely rent Thor again if we are in Albuquerque. The only issue we had was connecting our phones to the screen for using our maps. We have Android phones so maybe Apple connects better. Other than that, it was a seamless and fun trip for the four of us!
