Renter responsible for cleaning gray and black tanks.
($75 dumping fee if not done)
Rental includes, pillows and bedding in master. Extra blankets for sofa pull out and dinette.
Kitchen includes, pots and pans, plates, cups, coffee maker, silverware, cooking utensils etc, paper towels.(return washed, dried and put away)
