This 5th wheel is in pristine condition. Everything works as it should. Very comfortable and roomy. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. This really is not camping! It's more like a home on wheels. The RV stays as clean as the day we bought it. Everything is automatic, so no manual jacks to make you break a sweat. We have 2 ac units, so we always stay cool.
