4.0Eric was a fantastic host! We would 100% recommend renting from him and we will likely rent from him again in the future for our next vacation. The only downside was not Eric’s fault at all. The LP propane alarm was faulty and alarmed for about an hour overnight one night, making for quite a difficult night on our kiddos. Fortunately, we got through it and Eric was very kind when we discussed the issue.
