The host was easy to communicate with and worked with our schedule on setting up the RV. The RV was clean, easy to use and worked perfectly for my trip.

It was exactly what we needed and communication was great. However the trailer was delivered dirty. I had to clean it before using it. Nothing major but still was disappointed.
