Joel provides hotel/airport pick-up and drop-off, thorough RV overviews, and quick responses to questions. He went above and beyond by providing extra items and returning forgotten luggage.

The RV is comfortable, clean, and easy to drive. It comes equipped with camping supplies, utensils, towels, and sheets. The heater works well, though some found it not brand new.

He picked us up at the airport and provided drop off service as well, gave us a thorough overview of the RV and how to operate it, and responded quickly to any questions we had while traveling. The RV was as described, operated well, and met our needs exactly. We would rent from Joel again!

5.0Joel's RV was super comfortable for us. We were a family of five with my elderly parents and a child visiting Alaska for the first time. Everything worked well. Joel had given a super detailed onboarding session. He was right on time and gave us all the details of the RV. The RV was clean, well-equipped, and easy to drive. As mentioned in the description, the RV had camping supplies, chairs, utensils, towels, bedsheets etc. He did not hesitate to put extra pair of towels and blankets on my request. The heater worked perfectly, which was especially important for my parents during the colder nights. We loved having a cozy space to come back to after long days of exploring. Joel went above and beyond after the trip, we realized we had forgotten our suitcase covers in the RV. He didn’t hesitate to check for them and promptly returned them to us. This was one of the best ways to experience Alaska comfortably and at our own pace. Highly recommend renting from Joel, he truly made the experience smooth and memorable! We will definitely be renting again from his company on our next trip to Alaska.
