• Only the authorized driver(s) may operate the RV. • There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere in the RV. Smoking will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • Fish cleaning inside the RV is not permitted. • No driving on gravel/unpaved roads or off-road. • No towing or roof access. • Pets are not permitted. • Dropoff time is by 11:00 am on the day of return. A late return fee of $100 applies until 3:00 pm. After 3:00 pm, an additional full day fee of $289 will apply. • The RV is provided with full tanks of gas and propane, and should be returned with tanks full. A fee of $4.00 per gallon for gasoline and $3.00 per gallon of propane will be applied. • The 40 gallon freshwater holding tank is supplied full of filtered potable water. • Holding tanks are empty. Black and gray water tanks must be emptied prior to returning the RV to avoid a $20 dumping fee. Freshwater tank need not be refilled. • Please remove all food, trash and personal items from the RV prior to return and place used linens in the shower. Basic cleaning is included in your rental; however, excessive cleaning due to negligent or irresponsible use will be charged against your deposit at the rate of $75.00/hr. • You acknowledge responsibility for any damage to the RV, its components, appliances, and included items (excluding disposable items) during the rental period. Missing or damaged inventory will be charged against your deposit.
